Each year the Division of Local Services provides a report with data frequently used by local and state officials to compare communities.
The Community Comparison Data spreadsheet includes the following information for all 351 cities and towns: population, income per capita, equalized value per capita, operating budget, road mileage, geographical area, and school enrollment.
