MMA Trade ShowThe MMA Annual Meeting & Trade Show is the largest regular gathering of local officials in Massachusetts.

MMA members are elected and appointed officials who are responsible for the purchasing of the more than $6 billion worth of goods and services used by local municipalities. More than 98 percent of Massachusetts communities belong to the MMA.

The Trade Show, held at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston, features more than 225 exhibitors offering products and services of interest to the cities and towns of Massachusetts. The Trade Show is an opportunity for exhibitors to meet with local government officials and decision makers in one location at one time.

The 2010 Trade Show hours are: 
• Friday, January 22, 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
• Saturday, January 23, 10 a.m.-3 p.m.

Prices per 10’ x 10’ booth
1 booth $1,925
2-3 booths $1,450
4-6 booths $1,350
6 or more $1,250
Nonprofit/Government Rate: $950 for each 8’ x 10’ booth

Exhibitor Benefits
• 10’ x 10’ booth, including: 10’-high back wall and 3’-high siderails; 2’ x 6’ draped table and two chairs; and exhibitor identification sign with booth number
• Free admission to all Annual Meeting workshops and receptions
• Booth personnel name badges
• Free exhibit hall passes to distribute to clients and prospects
• Eligibility for presenting exhibitor demonstrations, an excellent way to educate attendees about your product or service
• Exhibitor listing in the Annual Meeting & Trade Show Program Book, the only program given to attendees. Your listing will include: Company name and contact information; 15-word description of your product or service, and booth number.
• Listing as an exhibitor in all MMA marketing materials
• Pre-show promotion in the MMA’s official publication, The Beacon, and the MMA Web site

Room Rates and Hospitality Suites
As a registered exhibitor, you are entitled to a discounted room rate at the host hotel. Hospitality suites may be arranged with the hotel’s catering staff.

Annual Meeting Program Book
Every Annual Meeting & Trade Show attendee receives a copy of the Program Book, the comprehensive guide to all the activities of the two-day event. The book includes display advertising and complete exhibitor listings.
