The host hotels for Connect 351 are the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport, located across the street from Menino Convention & Exhibition Center, and the Westin Seaport, located next to the convention center.
The Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport has a room block available for the nights of Thursday, Jan. 22, Friday, Jan. 23, and Saturday, Jan. 24. The MMA negotiated a reduced room rate of $229 per night in the Artist Tower or $259 per night in the Patron Tower. The reduced-rate rooms are expected to sell out quickly and must be booked before Dec. 22.

The Westin Seaport, conveniently located next to the Menino Convention & Exhibition Center, has a small room block available for the nights of Thursday, Jan. 22, and Friday, Jan. 23. The MMA negotiated a reduced room rate of $239 per night. The reduced-rate rooms are expected to sell out quickly and must be booked before Dec. 27.

The sites for Connect 351 — the Menino Convention & Exhibition Center (415 Summer St.) and the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport — are located in Boston’s fastest growing and newest neighborhood. Both are just minutes away from Boston’s major highways, and steps away from the MBTA’s Silver Line World Trade Center stop.
The cancellation policy for all of these hotels is 72 hours before check in.
Parking

Parking at Menino Center – $25/day (no overnight parking allowed)
To access Menino Center parking from Summer Street, turn onto East Side Drive between the Menino Center and the Westin hotel, and continue straight along the side of the building. At the end of the building, turn right and go down the ramp. At the bottom of the ramp, turn left; the entrance to South Parking will be in front of you. Accessible parking spaces are also located here, closest to the building (the same rates apply).
When facing the Menino Center from the parking lot with D Street on your right, follow the sidewalk to the right and enter the Menino Center through the southeast doors next to the Lawn on D to access the Connect 351 registration area. Shuttles will be running from the parking lot to the doors as well.

Accessibility information
Complimentary shuttles will be running continuously from the South Lot to the doors of the Omni access tunnel and then to the Menino Center’s southeast doors closest to Connect 351’s registration.
The Menino Center offers golf carts on Level 1 to attendees who have accessibility needs. To request a golf cart, dial 2222 on any house phone in the building. Golf carts will run continuously on Level 1 and can also be flagged down. Please note: There are no golf carts on the exhibit level.
Coat check
The MMA offers complimentary coat check on the exhibit level of the Menino Center, near registration, courtesy of the Massachusetts Interlocal Insurance Association, the MMA’s nonprofit insurance service.
