Due to the overwhelming response to recent offerings, the Attorney General’s Office will host several additional seminars on the procedure for submitting town bylaws to the office for review and the process for amending zoning bylaws pursuant to state law (M.G.L. Ch. 40A, Sec. 5).

The free, in-depth course, led by the Municipal Law Unit, will train municipal officials on the bylaw adoption, review and submission process. Submittal forms and additional information will be distributed to attendees.

The course is particularly helpful for town clerks, town planners, planning boards, and planning departments, as well as other municipal officials who may be interested.

The course will include a question and answer period.
