The MMA’s Trade Show will be held at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston on January 20 and 21, 2023.

Trade Show hours are:
Friday, Jan. 20: 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
Saturday, Jan. 21: 9:30 a.m.-2 p.m.

Register to Exhibit
You can register to exhibit at the 2023 MMA Annual Meeting & Trade Show starting on Monday, August 15.

Click here to download the MMA 2023 Contract for Exhibit Space (PDF). Complete the Contract in its entirety, sign the first page, initial the second page, and email both pages to Trade Show Manager Karen LaPointe at sales.kml@mma.org.

To choose your booth preference, click here to view the MMA Exhibit Hall Floor Plan. Once confirmed as an exhibitor, your company will be added to the Exhibitor List on the MMA Trade Show web page and added to the Exhibit Hall floor plan.

Corporate Booths are 9’ x 10’ and include:
8’ Blue & White Back Drape, 3’ Side Drape, (1) 6’ Draped Table; 2 Chairs; (1) Wastebasket; and an ID Sign with Company Name and Booth Number, and Three staff badges per booth. Drape colors are Blue & White.

Booth Cost
1 Booth: $3,074.50
2-3 Booths: $2,695 per booth
4-5 Booths: $2,475 per booth
6 plus Booths: $2,000 per booth

Government / Nonprofit Booths include:
Same furniture and ID sign as above. Five staff badges per booth.
$1,534.50 per booth (some booths may be 8’ x 10’)

Trade Show Information
Set-Up: Thursday, January 19, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Open: Friday, January 20, 11 a.m.-5 p.m.; Saturday, January 21, 9:30 a.m.-2 p.m.
Move-Out: Saturday, January 21, 2-6 p.m.

Booth Floor Covering
Your booth space floor must be carpeted/covered in its entirety. Exhibitors may rent carpet from the show decorator, T3Expo. An Exhibitor Manual that includes important exhibit information and order forms for your exhibit services will be available for all confirmed exhibitors. Exhibitors that own their own booth carpet may ship it. See the Material Handling order forms in the Exhibitor Manual. The MMA provides aisle carpet.

Hotel information
The Sheraton Boston Hotel, conveniently located next to the Hynes, is the host hotel. The MMA negotiated a reduced room rate of $202 per night for a single or $212 per night for a double. The reduced-rate rooms are expected to sell out quickly.

Hotel reservations must be made directly with the hotel. To make or cancel a reservation, use the convenient online form specifically for our event or call the Sheraton at 888-627-7054 and mention MMA Annual Meeting.

The Sheraton Boston has a cancellation policy of 72 hours before check-in.

ATTENTION EXHIBITORS: The MMA is aware that unaffiliated entities sometimes claim to have a list of MMA Annual Meeting attendees available for sale. In the past, some of these emails have even included the MMA logo, taken without permission from our website. Please note: The MMA is the ONLY source of a list of MMA Annual Meeting attendees, and the MMA will provide that list to exhibitors about a week before the meeting. Do not respond to any email offering an MMA attendee list from any MMA event. If you receive an email about the MMA and are uncertain about its legitimacy, please contact Advertising and Trade Show Manager Karen LaPointe at 617-426-7272.
