Information for Exhibitors

The MMA’s Trade Show will be held at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston on January 21-22, 2022.

Trade Show hours are:
Friday, Jan. 21: 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
Saturday, Jan. 22: 9:30 a.m.-2 p.m.

Exhibit Booth Information
Booths are 9’ x 10’ except as noted and include:
• 8’ high blue/white back drape
• 3’ high blue side drape
• 1 draped table, 6’ x 30”
• 2 folding chairs
• 1 wastebasket
• 1 ID sign with company name and booth number only.
The MMA provides blue aisle carpet.

Floor Plan Information
Click on the floor plan link to choose your 2 booth locations. List your choices on the contract, complete the 2-page contract in its entirety, and return the contract to sales.kml@mma.org.

Booth Floor Covering Mandatory/Exhibitor Services Order Forms
All booth space floors must be completely carpeted/covered. An Exhibitor Services Kit will be emailed to all exhibitors. The kit will include all official order forms for services such as carpet, labor, material handling, additional furniture, and more.

Sponsorship Information
Exhibitors may add to their networking opportunities by becoming an MMA Event Sponsor. Sponsorship levels are Platinum, Gold, Silver and Blue Ribbon. To discuss available opportunities, contact Karen LaPointe at 800-882-1498, ext. 154.

Learning Lab Information
All exhibitors may apply to conduct a Learning Lab, which will be held on the Trade Show floor on Saturday, Jan. 22, at 30-minute intervals. A Learning Lab application will be emailed to exhibitors after they have signed up to exhibit. The application deadline is Nov. 1, 2021.
