The MMA’s Trade Show will be held at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center in Boston on Thursday, January 23, through Friday, January 24, 2025. The Trade Show will not be open on Saturday, January 25.
Trade Show Open Hours are:
Thursday, Jan. 23: 2-5:30 p.m.
With sponsored reception in the exhibit hall, 4-5:30 p.m.
Friday, Jan. 24: 8 a.m.-4 p.m.

8’ Blue & White Back Drape, 3’ Side Drape, (1) 6’ Draped Table; 2 Chairs; 1 Wastebasket; Blue Carpet**, 3 staff badges, and an ID Sign with company name and booth number.

For Corporate Exhibits, additional staff badges may be purchased at $50 per badge.
For Government and Nonprofit Exhibits, there is no fee for additional staff badges.

2-3 Booths: $2,830 per booth
4-5 Booths: $2,599 per booth
6-plus Booths : $2,420 per booth

Each 10′ x 10′ booth space includes the furniture and carpet listed above. All staff badges are included.

Booth Floor Covering
New in 2025: The MMA will lay wall-to-wall blue carpet under every booth space. This will save exhibitors time for set-up and save exhibitors the extra cost of ordering carpet.
Learning Labs
All exhibitors are eligible to apply to conduct a Learning Lab session. Learning Labs are located in the exhibit hall and are held on Friday, January 24. There will be six sessions, three sessions per lab in three time slots. Session times will be determined in the fall.
