Our members are the local governments of Massachusetts and their elected and appointed leadership.
This webinar will provide municipal leaders with actionable ideas for getting started with their opioid settlement funds. Participants will hear approaches and best practices for organizing their assessment and planning activities and learn about the benefits of working regionally, with a real-life example from the town of Sudbury.
The session will highlight common challenges, a practical framework for long-term response planning, and available state and professional service supports to help communities move from funding to action.
