Pepperell seeks qualified candidates to coordinate executive business functions for Board of Selectmen and Town Administrator, and to serve as Green Communities Coordinator. Duties include minutes/agendas/packets for BOS Meetings, office management, customer relations, record keeping. Coordinates Selectmen meetings, agendas, correspondence and official town business under authority of Board of Selectmen including licenses, permits, meeting minutes, assist in Town Meeting Warrant preparation, Annual Town Report and coordination of other Boards and Committees as directed. Has access to wide variety of confidential information requiring the application of appropriate judgement, discretion and professional protocols. Performs similar or related work as Green Communities Coordinator. HS diploma; associates/higher preferred; five to seven years professional experience in similar field, preferably with local government, or equivalent. Salary DOQ. Full benefits; 40 hrs/wk.
