The city of Medford seeks qualified applicants for a full-time position of Assistant Treasurer/Collector. The Assistant Treasurer/Collector is responsible for directing the daily operations of the Treasurer-Collector office, maintaining accounts payable, overseeing the vendor and payroll warrant process, maintaining and reconciling city bank accounts and administering tax billing and collection of taxes for the city. Performs a variety of administrative and technical nature requiring the exercise of mature judgment and discretion. Works under the general direction of the Treasurer/Collector.
