Seeking highly motivated, well-organized self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication skills who enjoys public and community interactions and works well in a collaborative environment to oversee communications and community outreach department-wide. Bachelor’s degree in communications, english or a related field plus three years of experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Five plus years of communications experience, including in transportation related roles. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience working in a public sector environment. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of and experience using the Adobe Creative Cloud and website content management systems.
