1.0 FTE DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES & MAINTENANCE

The Hamilton Wenham Regional School District is seeking a highly motivated self-starter to serve as the full-time Director of Facilities & Maintenance. The position will report to the Assistant Superintendent of Finance and Administration.

The Director of Facilities & Maintenance is responsible for the overall appearance, cleanliness, and maintenance of all District buildings and their grounds, including all athletic fields. The Director supervises and coordinates the custodial and maintenance function for the District.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, engineering or related field required.
  • three years experience in a supervisory roll required.
  • Experience supervising unionized staff required.
  • Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS) required.
  • Municipal or Regional School District experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast paced environment required.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Associate MCPPO Certification (minimum) required.
  • Experience with SchoolDude and BudgetSense preferred.
