- Lead sales growth and customer retention by proactively generating leads, building strong relationships, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Guide customers in transitioning from traditional cable to streaming services while supporting commercial sales, new product launches, and emerging technologies.
- Develop sales projections, growth strategies, and retention plans.
- Collaborate closely with Network, Outside Plant, Help Desk, and Customer Care teams
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive developments.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and seven to 10 years of related experience, including at least four years in a customer-facing, revenue-generating role (preferably within Fiber to the Premise services), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to work variable hours and under minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and interact effectively with diverse groups.
