Accounting Clerk

Town of Medfield is seeking qualified applicants for a PT, 18 hour per week position of Accounting Clerk.  Responsible for accounts payable processes including establishing vendor files, audit of invoices and preparation of final vendor warrant for payment as well as administrative tasks as assigned by the Town Accountant. Requires knowledge of basic accounting/bookkeeping, computer proficiency and ability to meet deadlines. Minimum qualifications: Associates degree in accounting or related field; one to two years’ experience in bookkeeping/related work, or equivalent education and experience. MUNIS experience is a plus.
