You will assist with field work; measuring and listing properties; calculating areas and formulating property for tax valuations. You’ll prepare comprehensive traverse coding of new construction from building permits. You’ll maintain and update various assessment files; recording necessary changes; maintaining logs and spreadsheets; you will generate various reports and research records.
