Job Description

Working for Parks and Recreation – Performs a wide range of administrative duties related to the operation of the Parks and Recreation including but not limited to the administration of operating budgets, sending warrants and turnovers to appropriate town department staff the collection of fees related to department-issued permits, the collection of sports or event fees and working with UNIPAY, inventory control, the maintenance of parks and recreation records including the processing of new employee personnel files including overtime; maintains department supplies and good working order office equipment, sports and program equipment. Working with the town administrators’ office with parks and recreation programs volunteers, employee CORI checks. Also provides support to the Parks and Recreation Commission and assists seasonal volunteers and programs. Position is non-benefitted, 19 hours a week with a flexible work schedule, at $20 an hour.
