The town of Danvers welcomes applications for the full-time benefited position of Administrative Assistant in the Assessor’s Office.

The Administrative Assistant performs a variety of administrative, operational, and secretarial functions in direct support of the Chief Assessor and the staff, services, programs, and activities of the Assessing division.

The town will consider any combination of relevant work experience, education, volunteerism, and transferable skills as qualifying, unless otherwise designated as required.

This is benefited position, works 35 hours per week, part of the town’s Unit D – AFSCME union. Compensation starting at $28.97 hourly, with the ability to move through scale (via step system) to the max step at $36.70/hourly. Hiring range DOQ. Excellent benefits.
