The town of Lexington seeks qualified applicants for the full-time (35 hours/week) position of Administrative Assistant in the Assessor’s Office. Under the general supervision of the Director of Assessing, this position is responsible for performing a variety of clerical, administrative and customer service work to support the overall operation of the Assessor’s Office. Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma (or GED or the equivalent) as well as a minimum of five years of increasingly responsible administrative support, municipal finance, and/or face to face customer service experience. Anticipated hiring range: $26.92 – $30.68 per hour.
