The city of Peabody seeks an Administrative Assistant in our Retirement Office responsible for coordinating enrollments & participation in active and retired memberships, assisting in accurately maintaining annuity and retirement databases, processing PERAC forms in compliance with Massachusetts General Laws and providing membership benefits guidance. Position reports to Pension Administrator. Starting salary DOQ $55,000 to $68,000. Customer service, administrative and PTG retirement software experience preferred.
