Salary: $84,086 – $105,115 Supervises all non-elected employees in Assessing Department. Establishes full cash valuations of all property. Reviews applications for abatement or exemption of taxes and excises. Negotiates contracts for services relating to assessing. Represents the city before judicial and administrative bodies regarding matters of Assessing Department. Makes recommendations to Board of Assessors. Develops annual budget. Reports directly to CFO.
