The town of Grafton is seeking a detail-oriented individual to fill the vacancy of full-time (35 hours per week) Administrative Assistant in the Treasurer/Collector’s office. This position has a salary range of $19.65 – $23.72. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; the collection and recording of all receipts, payment/abatement/refund research, preparation of municipal lien certificates, phone inquiries, account reconciliations and financial reporting. Individual must have strong computer skills, knowledge of standard office operations and excellent customer service skills. The ability to deal effectively and courteously with staff and the public, both in person and by phone is essential.
