The City of Lebanon, NH (population 13,500) identified as one of the strongest micropolitan areas in the Country, seeks an established, well organized, and innovative manager to lead and operate the Lebanon Municipal Airport. This is an exempt position with an annualized salary range of $76,101.48 – $102,734.84 DOEQ.
The Airport Manager reports directly to the City Manager and conjoins efforts with the City Manager on project management and development of long-term and short-term planning improvements. The position directs a full-time Administrative Assistant, two full-time maintenance positions (unionized), and two part-time, non-unionized maintenance positions.
The ideal candidate should have seven years of proven progressive management experience (preferably but not necessarily Airport Management) as well as an extensive background in Customer Service (preferably contract services). The ability to lead, direct, and manage will be essential for success. This position would be ideal for a current Operations Manager looking to advance, or a highly innovative (Project) Manager that has effective leadership and management abilities.
