Our members are the local governments of Massachusetts and their elected and appointed leadership.
Performs inspections and administrative work in connection with the enforcement and interpretation of applicable state laws and regulations and local ordinances. Complies with and enforces all orders and regulations issued by the Massachusetts Department of Food and Agricultural, specifically 330 CMR; Division of Animal Health; Department of Public Health, specifically 105 CMR; Massachusetts General Laws Chapters 111, 129 & 140; Board of Health Regulations 2017-1, Keeping of Chickens, Other Fowl and Domestic Farm Animals; and local ordinances.
