SUMMARY
The Assessor is responsible for planning, directing, and participating in the assessment and appraisal services and exemption and credit qualifications. The Assessor establishes and administers excellence in customer-responsive, cost effective and legally compliant assessment standards and procedures. The Assessor performs administrative oversight duties, related documentation, and client (resident) interaction and service work in a timely manner, abiding by all municipal, state, and federal guidelines.
