The Cambridge Redevelopment Authority is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Asset Management Specialist to play a crucial role in our organization. As part of the Finance and Operations team, this hands-on position assists with the management of the CRA’s capital assets, including real estate properties and technology equipment. This role coordinates the work of third-party property management, landscaping management, and snow management companies. The position will also lead to the care and deployment of the organization’s technology equipment. Salary range is $72,000 – $78,000 based on skills and experience.
