Description: Skilled administrative work supporting the legal department and worker’s compensation programs for the town; all other related work, as required. Works under the general supervision of the Administrative Assistant/Claims Coordinator. Performs responsible and varied functions which require judgments which are guided by statute, established guidelines or precedents; work involves the ability to interpret and apply statutes, regulations, policies and procedures to a wide variety of individual projects and situations.This is a non-benefitted position.
