The town of Andover, seeks qualified applicants for the full-time (36.25 hours) position of Assistant Collector/Treasurer.  Primary responsibilities include billing and collection of taxes and other revenues, managing the custody and disbursement of funds, investing and borrowing money, reconciliation of monthly bank statements and preparation of fiscal reports. Bachelor’s in finance, accounting, or related field; knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting and collection procedures; three to five years of progressively responsible accounting or municipal finance experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
