Responsible for the administrative and program leadership, strengthening and development of partnerships, program development, student support and transitions planning, as well as direct service. Bachelor’s degree in administration, education, or related field. Demonstrated leadership in program/project administration. Familiarity with postsecondary education, training programs, and community resources. Knowledge of barriers to employment and academic success experienced by low-income adults. Experience supervising staff. $35.56 per hour; this is an 11-month appointment with salary pro-rated over 12 months with excellent benefits.
