The town of Concord seeks an innovative, dynamic and team-oriented leader to assist with the management of comprehensive community recreation programs, events, and childcare in an operation that employs approximately 13 full-time employees and 150+ seasonal employees with an annual budget of approx. $4 mil. Candidates should have a background of progressively responsible recreation experience, including personnel management. Excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as strong budgeting and financial management skills are a must.  CPRP preferred. This is a full-time, exempt position; weekend and evening work may be required to attend events and meetings. Full salary range:  $68,928 – $103,976.  Starting salary is based on qualifications and typically in first half of range. Comp. package includes paid leave, health insurance options, and pension benefits.
