Who is a member?
Our members are the local governments of Massachusetts and their elected and appointed leadership.
A four-year degree in civil engineering with environmental experience preferred or related field and three years experience in public administration, stormwater programs or a related environmental field. Professional Engineers license is preferred. Engineer in Training certification and a valid driver’s license required.
Proven competence to operate computer systems, including Microsoft Office suite, GIS, CAD/HydroCAD, Munis, or similar. Composition of a business letter, report writing and technical writing as well.
Salary $84,105.84 – $100,240.92
