The town of Swampscott is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the full-time (34 hrs/wk) Assistant to the Town Administrator position. Duties include, but are not limited to: preparing reports, administering or supervising special projects as assigned; producing requests for proposals, invitations for bids and other procurement related documents as needed; and providing information to the public, preparing correspondence, maintenance of records, publishing documents, and constituent service. This position may also be expected to attend evening meetings as needed.
