The town of Boxborough, Massachusetts is seeking applications from qualified individuals for the position of Assistant Town Administrator. This position assists the Town Administrator in directing and coordinating the administration of the town government and coordinates all Human Resource functions. Bachelor’s degree in public administration, human resource administration, business administration or related field required, master’s degree in public administration (MPA) or equivalent preferred; five to seven years related administrative experience in a municipal setting preferable; or any comparable combination of education, training and experience. Qualified applicants will have a knowledge of Mass General Law, Open Meeting Law and Mass procurement law. Applicants must be available to attend evening and weekend meetings, as needed. Individual shall possess strong leadership, communication, organizational and inter-personal relations skills. Hiring range is $69,827-$77,076, dependent upon education and experience.
