Middleton is seeking applicants for the full-time position of Assistant Town Administrator/HR Director. This is an opportunity to be involved with a dynamic town embarking on major projects including the construction of a municipal complex over the coming years. This position entails working collaboratively with Department Heads and assisting with a wide variety of management responsibilities including labor relations, contract administration, and personnel management.

Bachelor’s degree in public administration, political science, HR, or related field required; master’s degree and SHRM, PHR, or similar certification helpful; municipal management experience preferred

Expected hiring range is from $109,614-$126,056. Excellent benefits.
