The town of Holliston is seeking applicants for the position of Assistant Town Administrator/Human Resources Director.  As a member of the town’s leadership team, the Assistant Town Administrator/Human Resources Director will assist the Town Administrator with the daily administration of ongoing town activities and will oversee all aspects of Human Resources.

The Assistant Town Administrator/Human Resources Director will serve as the town’s Public Information Officer, coordinating media releases and oversees the town’s communication channels including social media, website, video media, newsletters and traditional media.

The Assistant Town Administrator/Human Resources Director will oversee the HR Benefits Specialist.

The successful candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, human resources or related field; and five years of professional experience, including two years in a management position, preferably in a municipal setting.

Pursuant to the town’s Consolidated Personnel Bylaws and based on qualifications, this position is classified as M4 with a starting salary range of $93,214 – $104,187.
