The town of Littleton is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time, benefit eligible Assistant Town Clerk.  This position provides administrative and clerical support to the Town Clerk in performing the duties of the office.  Responsibilities include executing a high level of customer service, a high level of attention to detail and utilizes good judgment.  Work at this level requires a working knowledge of departmental functions, including elections, voter registration, vital records, Census, local and state laws.

This is a Grade 8 position as classified under the Town’s Classification and Compensation Plan, with a starting range of $56,349.27 to $59,196.26, annually.  This is a non-exempt position as governed by the Personnel Bylaw.
