The town of Westborough is seeking applications from qualified, team oriented individuals for the full-time position of Assistant Town Manager. This position assists the Town Manager in directing and coordinating the administration of the town government in accordance with policies determined by the Board of Selectmen, Town Meeting or Town Manager, serves as the Human Resources Director and coordinates all Human Resource functions.
Applicants shall possess a master’s degree in public administration (MPA) or equivalent; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Qualified applicants will have knowledge of accounting software; Internet software; spreadsheet software and word processing software. Applicants must be available to attend evening and weekend meetings as needed. A complete job description is available on the town’s website.
