Reporting to the Treasurer/Collector, the Assistant Treasurer/Collector will lead the municipal functions of the Treasurer/Collector’s office. While overseeing two departmental employees, this high-impact, fast-paced role requires attention to detail and advanced knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office. Municipal finance experience is a plus. A great work ethic and positive attitude are a must.

General responsibilities:

  • Billing and collection of taxes
  • Reconciliation of accounts
  • Processing of payments
  • Other assigned projects
