Job Description

The town is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented professional to support the Assessor’s Office in providing information and assistance to property owners and the public. This position plays an important role in property assessment administration, including property tax abatements and exemptions, motor vehicle excise tax matters, property record maintenance, and field inspections of real property. The position also provides administrative support to the Board of Assessors and involves working with property owners, town departments, and the public to ensure accurate and timely assessment records and services.

Salary commensurate with education and experience.
