The Benefits Coordinator is responsible for analyzing, designing and administering benefits programs, such as medical, dental and life plan and supports all matters pertaining to personnel for the city. In addition, they will be maintaining records and processing paperwork for the Massachusetts Group Insurance Commission. Also responsible for educating employees about their benefits packages, while keeping benefit records by developing record keeping systems and recording changes.
