Andover’s combined town and school Human Resource Office seeks applications from experienced benefits specialists to oversee the maintenance and administration of all employee benefit programs including health, life, vision and dental plans, as well as teacher retirement applications. This position will also oversee Worker’s Compensation and Unemployment Insurance claims.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of BCBS health insurance, workers’ compensation, and unemployment insurance. Must have substantial knowledge of federal and state laws related to benefit administration. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business or related field required, and have excellent customer service skills.
