The Borough Manager serves as the CAO of the organization and is responsible for executing the policies of the Borough Council and for implementing the daily affairs of the organization. The Borough provides a mix of municipal services including building inspection, planning, zoning, emergency management, streets & storm sewers, water & sewer utilities, and parking.

This position requires a bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, or a related field with a master’s degree preferred. A minimum of three years in the administration of a public or business agency or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge and skills.
