The town of Chelmsford is hiring a full-time Building Commissioner with a vocational background coupled with a fundamental knowledge of construction details to enforce state and local building codes to inspect all buildings and structures for compliance with state and local regulations. Pay range between $84K-$100K annually.
Certified Building Official by the MA Board of Building Regulations and Standards is required.
