The town of Berlin is seeking applicants for a 40-hour-per-week, benefited Building Maintenance Operator/Laborer position. Under the direction of the Highway Superintendent/Facilities Director, the position oversees the indoor and outdoor maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of town buildings and facilities. High school degree or accredited trade school graduate plus experience painting, operating light equipment, handwork, knowledge of general construction procedures, or the equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
