Who is a member?
Our members are the local governments of Massachusetts and their elected and appointed leadership.
Under general supervision of the Business Office Supervisor, performs full range of customer service, credit and collections, customer relations, and clerical entries.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: credit and collections, application reviews, customer inquiries, lien processing and general support to Office Staff and other Department Staff as needed.
Qualifications of associate’s degree/minimum of three years customer service/credit & collections experience.
