The town of Nantucket seeks qualified candidates for the position of Capital Asset Project Manager (CAPM). Under the supervision of the Finance Director or their designee, the CAPM oversees schedules, budgets, resources and deliverables for municipal capital projects. The CAPM maintains a central database for reporting, develops asset management policies, assists with financial modeling and monitors regulatory compliance.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, public administration, information technology or related field required. Master’s degree preferred. Progressive management-level experience in budgeting or financial analysis preferred. Knowledge of best practices in municipal construction projects for public facilities and capital improvement desired.
This is a non-union position, full time 40 hours per week, compensation commensurate with experience.
