The Civilian Clerk-Dispatcher performs responsible communication and administrative work answering calls, dispatching public safety services, providing information and other related work as required. Public safety is a 24/7 operation.
This is a full-time, benefited position. Minimum starting hourly rate is $21.41. Lateral transfers preferred and may be subject to a higher starting rate of $22.40. In additional to base pay, there is shift differential and holiday pay. The workweek schedule is 40 hours per week. Work in excess of 40 hours in a given workweek is subject to overtime pay.
