Join a collaborative police-clinician team delivering on-site crisis intervention, de-escalation, assessment, short-term follow-up, and resource referrals.
Respond alongside officers, support overdose follow-ups, and connect individuals and families to care—reducing arrests and ER visits. Partner with community agencies, provide case consultation, and support program development.
Requirements: Master’s in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field; two-plus years’ crisis experience; knowledge of co-response model; law enforcement collaboration; strong communication and organization; valid driver’s license; ability to pass background check and meet CJIS compliance.
