The town of Weston is seeking qualified applicants for the position of COA Program & Volunteer Coordinator. This is a full-time (37.5 hours), benefited position. The Program &Volunteer Coordinator supports the programs and activities of the Council on Aging through the recruitment, training, placement and retention of individuals and groups of volunteers, instructors and work program participants. Serves under the direction of the COA Director. Recommended skills and qualifications: an associate’s degree and one to three years experience working with volunteers; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
