Job Description

The Springfield Water and Sewer Commission is seeking its next Comptroller. The Springfield Water and Sewer Commission was formed by a Special Act of the State Legislature and is a partner with, but a separate entity from the city of Springfield. The Comptroller serves as one of the Executive Director’s chief advisers on administrative and financial matters. The Commission seeks a data-driven leader with a full understanding of government accounting principles and procedures. Anticipated hiring salary is $145,000 – $165,000 DOQ.
