Conservation Agent

Job Description

The town of Holden is seeking a Conservation Agent. The position is 35 office hours/week plus night meetings.

The position is responsible for protecting Holden’s wetland resource areas and rare species habitat through community education and enforcement of the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and Holden’s Wetlands Protection Bylaw. Site visits and administration work are required.

Qualifications: Past experience in the administration of the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act is preferred. The position requires a valid driver’s license.
