The Conservation Division in the town of Andover is looking for qualified applicants for the position of Conservation Land Manager. Under the direction of the Conservation Director, the conservation land manager assists in performing a variety of professional, and technical work in connection with the planning and management of town owned conservation land, the stewardship of Andover’s natural resources, and the interpretation, processing and enforcement of the State Wetlands Protection Act, the State Storm Water Management Regulation and the town of Andover Wetlands Protection Bylaw.
Successful applicants will hold a bachelor’s degree in environmental science, or natural resources field, and have one to three years of technical work experience in natural resource protection, open space management, environmental stewardship and public outreach. Duties require a valid driver’s license. Position is 18 hours per week.
